Shipments must be shipped in advance using a traceable method such as USPS or a letter of insurance.
Please note:
Buyers must charge a fee to return the item to us. Shipping, handling, and other fees are non-refundable. We do not accept cash on delivery. You will want to provide a legal tracking number when filling out the return form for regular products that are usually returned for refund, replacement, or withholding of credit, while special or customized products are only available. Can be returned for exchange.
Once the Execution Center has received and confirmed your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), you'll receive an email confirming that your return is complete. If there is a refund, it will be getting to be issued within 7 days. Please note that relying on the financial institution, it'll take another 3-5 working days for the credit to be credited to your account.

Refund
We understand that sometimes you may not like your product, and we offer 10 days to return your product and refund if it is in good condition and has not been used. The return fee is 5.8%, but you will need to return the package to us and also have to provide the shipping label as well, so in case of a return, please contact us at support@prestigezen.com before returning the item.
