Orders usually ship within 48 hours or sometimes 72 hours (Monday to Friday) by USPS or UPS FedEx and DHL. The standard delivery time is 3-7 days.

Order changes
Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or canceled. If you wish to return an item, you must initiate the return procedure upon receipt of the item.

Item not received
If you have successfully placed your order and still have not received the item, and the tracking status shows that the item has been delivered, we recommend that you contact your carrier to find your bag, as we have no control after the item is shipped in the package. (once from your carrier), but if the problem persists, email us at support@essentialcontraptions.com, we will do our best to help you. Sometimes tracking information is not available.

This could be due to a technical issue as the tracking information is not updated in the app. In this case, if you still cannot find your product, write to us at support@essentialcontraptions.com, we will help you.
